Responsibility changes are not reflecting in ebs R12.2

Hello Everyone,

Problem :

Today i faced this issue and i felt this fix may help to you. I end-dated the sysadmin responsibility to one of the user but the responsibility was still appearing for the user.

Fix :

Afer clearing middleware cache the actual changes were reflecting properly.

How to clear middle ware cache in R12.2 ?

Please follow the below steps :

Log in as sysadmin


Click Functional administrator

Click core services tab

Select caching framework option

Select Global configuration from left hand panel

Click clear all statistics and clear all cache

Apply and save.

Thats it! we are done.
